We finalized our plans of staying overnight in Clark for the 2013 Hot Air Balloon Festival last February only a few days before the event. As expected, almost all hotels near the site were fully booked. I was looking for an affordable and decent place to stay that is kid and senior citizen friendly. As I was surfing the net, I saw in one of the group buying sites an offer from Tune Hotels. I got curious and visited its website to know more about it. I also checked TripAdvisor for the positive ... [ Read More ]
A Trip to Clark [Day 1: Nayong Pilipino]
Last February 23-24, we went to Clark to see the 2013 Hot Air Balloon Festival. We decided to book a hotel so that we can be at the grounds as early as 5am to get a good spot and strategic parking. It was only a few days before that weekend that we looked for a hotel. Almost all nearby hotels were fully booked. We had a hard time looking for one because we were a group of 12 (2 pre-schoolers, 2 teens, 2 seniors and 6 adults). Luckily, we were able to get a booking in Tune Hotel (will blog about ... CiC’s Fashion for Bag-A-Holics
To my dear readers, I would like to introduce to all of you the lady who's a big part of Shopping Spells (my online shop). A big part because my product designs were executed by her (and her staff). Bubblewrap Gets You Organized
Do you love bags? I surely do! When I was still single, I love small shoulder bags that could only fit a small wallet, pressed powder, lip gloss, hair bursh and my cellphone. Do you believe in love at first sight? That's what I feel every time I see a bag that I ... [ Read More ]
Prettify: Make-Up by Garla
I have a confession to make. I don't know how to put on make-up. Well, make-up for the eyes exactly. I usually use BB cream with pressed powder, blush and lipgloss/lipstick. That's it! I leave my eyes to the experts. That's why I also enjoy being made-up during special occasions especially during my wedding or when attending events that requires me to put make-up on. Maybe I should take basic make-up lessons :)That's what Maria Garla F. Cabuco did. We're both from Cavite but our difference is ... [ Read More ]
