Hi mommies! How’s the first two months of your kid’s time in school so far? Are they enjoying their stay in their “second home”? 🙂 As expected, my five-year-old daughter is still very much enjoying going to school. She’s now in Junior Grade 1 (Prep) which means she will be graduating in pre-school this school year! Yipee! Everyday, she looks forward to participating in their classroom activities and spending time with her classmates.
I love it when she’s excited to do something of her interest. That’s why, I look for small projects or activities we can do at home as our mom-and-daughter bonding. Of course, the activities I prepare are those beneficial to her active mind and those that can improve her creativity, analytical skills and more. Buying her educational arts and crafts materials are one of my weaknesses. I spend more money on her than for my personal use.
Browsing thru the internet and reading other mommy’s blogs keeps me updated on what other educational stuff I can get online for my growing kid. And last week, I came across K5 Learning, an online after-school study program that I can introduce to Kelsea.
K5 Learning has an online reading and math program for Kindergarten to Grade 5 students. I’ve been given a 6 week free trial to test and write a review of their program. If you are a blogger, you may want to check out their open invitation to write an online learning review of their program.
I’m excited to try this out with Kelsea. Watch our for my review on this promising educational program!
