Tagaytay is the nearest destination for someone who wants to relax, feel the cool breeze of the wind, dine in restaurants especially those serving the famous bulalo and see the Taal Volcano. It is one of the tourist destinations here in the Philippines. You can easily invite your family and friends to go to Tagaytay because it is only 1.5 hrs from Makati via South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). From our home in Bacoor, Cavite, it only takes us 45 minutes via Aguinaldo Highway.

Tagaytay is very special for me and my hubby. This is where he proposed to me 6 years ago after we attended a wedding of one of our closest friends. So it really has a special place in our hearts (cheezy!)
What’s new in Tagaytay aside from the overlooking restaurants, fresh fruits and horse back-riding? Avida is now in Tagaytay! Avida Land, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, is one of the top developers in the country giving Filipinos an affordable, safe and secure homes. Avida already has numerous condominiums (which they call Avida Towers) all over the Metro and house & lots in nearby provinces such as Cavite, Batangas, Laguna (Nuvali), Antipolo, Cabanatuan and Pampanga. Some of their projects are already in Visayas and Mindanao.
Well, actually, Avida is not yet physically there but currently introducing and pre-selling the units in its latest project which is the Asilo Tagaytay.

It is actually right beside Our Lady of Lourdes Church as you can see from the vicinity map. There’s also the Tagaytay Hospital & Medical Center nearby. But what’s so good about Avida’s latest condominium project is that there will be a future development of a commercial center right beside Asilo Tagaytay. What more can you expect? It really is a good investment.
Here’s a sneak peek on what to expect from Asilo Tagaytay. Happy watching!
