I got a text from JRS Courier asking me if I’m home. He informed me that I have a parcel and should he deliver it to our doorstep or leave it again in the guard house. I have no idea who the parcel came from. I forgot to ask. When he arrived, I saw that it came from my cousin in Bacolod. I wonder what it is. I let Kelsea open it for me and it’s something I wanted but didn’t expect to have so soon.
Here it is….
Surprise Gift |
It matches the wallet I got a last week in which I blogged about here. The bag is also made by Papel Handicrafts. It was written in the tag that it is handmade by farm workers, indigents and out-of-school youth in Negros Occidental using newspaper and other recycled paper. And no two are exactly alike. For care instructions, should the bag get wet, you just need to carefully dab the wet area with dry cloth (don’t rub) and air dry for an hour or two.
I called my cousin at once to thank her but she informed me that it was from her mom who is my aunt (my Dad’s older sister). Thank you so much Tita Elsa! This made my day! 🙂
